The Cayenne Pepper Diet may sound a bit unappetizing at the beginning. But it has shown to be able to help a person lose a great deal of weight in just a little bit of time. Unfortunately it’s very hard to follow for someone who doesn’t have enough motivation.
So what is the Cayenne Pepper Diet?
Basically it’s a fast where you are only allowed to drink a concoction of fresh lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. This concoction helps to flush all the toxins out of your body and some people have been able to lose as much as 20 pounds in 2 weeks only.
Many people say that this fasting helps them regenerate their body and report that while on the cayenne pepper diet they feel better than they have never felt before.
But act carefully: never change your diet in such a dramatic way before consulting your doctor, especially if you are under certain medical conditions. For instance for diabetic people the
Cayenne Pepper Diet contains just too much natural sugar because of the maple syrup.
As a final note, even if you don’t want to adhere to this diet for 2 long weeks, you should know that by following it a day at a time you will also notice some good results pretty quickly.

It’s a pretty difficult diet to follow so if you are not in a hurry, I would rather suggest a portions control diet, which is much more healthy.
